Izzet Commander Deck I've always wanted to build and finally the most recent Ravnica sets made it possible.

EDIT: I'm now aware that Lutri, the Spellchaser is banned from Commander format, which makes sense. When I pulled it, I thought it was too perfect for an Izzet Commander. C'est la vie. However, is it banned altogether or am I still allowed to include it as part of my base 100 rather than my sideboard?
