Spark of Creativity

Sorcery

Choose target creature. Exile the top card of your library. You may have Spark of Creativity deal damage to that creature equal to the exiled card's converted mana cost. If you don't, you may play that card until end of turn.

ya_boi_walt Thanks for the commment! I should definitely find room for Spark of Creativity , and will think about Desperate Ritual and Pyretic Ritual . I didn't include them since I found the (usual) net gain of only 1 mana a bit underwhelming, but they could possibly come in clutch, especially since they lack prerequisites.

Looks like a pretty good list so far. If I were you I would add in Desperate Ritual and Pyretic Ritual . Also you need to have as much card draw as possible, your missing Spark of Creativity and Expedite !

douglas.obri Those are definitely good inclusions! I'll change the deck around once I eventually get a copy of them.

Aporm Yep, I'm still replying to comments (albeit slowly), I'm usually personally against using tutors because they tend to slow the game down with the shuffling and all that (land tutors are different because you can just do that on somebody else's turn and let them do their thing), not to mention I like commander games to be different, and tutors tend to make games feel a bit samey, but they would definitely increase the power of the deck. Paroxysm , Wild Swing , Spark of Creativity , Molten Birth , Chaotic Strike , Volatile Rig and Crazed Firecat are all fairly low-impact cards that I put in for the theme, so any one of those (or all of them for that matter) could be replaced with better cards to improve the deck, and tutors would be a good way to go. Also, if you're going for max power, consider Frenetic Efreet although I'm not a fan since it takes a very long time to resolve that many coin flips. Also if you're going that route, Laboratory Maniac can work as well.

ZorrosRage Pretty well! It can get hosed by control decks, but in a 75% format it is a bomb. It tends to win a lot of games for me, since Zndrsplt has a decent chance of giving good value on the turn that they come out.

There are a lot of on-theme pet cards in this deck though: Paroxysm, Wild Swing, Spark of Creativity, Game of Chaos, Molten Birth, Chaotic Strike, Volatile Rig and Crazed Firecat are all on-theme, however if you replaced them with better cards for protecting Zndrsplt and Okaun, the deck would probably be more consistent. Essentially, the two commanders on their own can kill pretty easily, so you don't really need many coin flip cards, but I like the theme that it creates, and it does help in a pinch.

Hey man! This deck ain't bad! If I may give a few suggestions, I would consider dropping a few of the higher costing cards like the Banefire & the Sarkhan's Dragonfire since if you're trying to abuse the Dark-Dweller Oracle you probably want to be able to cast most everything you flip. I think the Spark of Creativity is a neat touch but tbh, I think it could go since if you lower the average mana-cost of the deck, at best it becomes like a sorcery speed bolt, but at worst, it just flips a land. I would maybe go for a playset of Goblin Instigator to make fodder for the Dark-Dweller Oracle. They also double as cheap pressure and blockers in a pinch, which I think the deck could use. If you do add the Goblin Instigator, I think a great addition to this deck would be Goblin Barrage. Doublecast could also be fun to copy a Goblin Barrage or a huge Fight with Fire. Anyways, good luck with the deck! Hope it works out. <3

Spark of Creativity this card could cause issues. If you use it and second sun comes up next you could end out limiting yourself because you might not have the mana to cast it. The second issue is that you can't use this to cast sun for the second cast because it would not be considered casting it from your hand. Would suggest replacing with a draw spell like Opt, Glimmer of Genius, or Hieroglyphic Illumination.

Beyond that I don't see a reason for the spells Hijack and Queen's Commission. These feel like they are misplaced in this deck as your primary win con is suns and secondary is the summonings. These spells feel like they would be better off being some form of control or maybe even Gideon of the Trials.

Supreme Will is a strong control option you may have overlooked. Is strong as both a counter and draw option.

Hope these suggestions will be useful for you.
