I love the idea of Ixhel as a commander. You know what I don't love? Winning via poison counters. In the story Phyrexia's corruption doesn't kill you but it does slowly warp you to the phyrexian's side and viewpoint, we saw this happen in real time to Lukka and Jace as they slowly lost control of their minds and wills after the phyrexian oil got into their systems. I want a deck that feels like that. So I will be heavily reducing the amount of toxic. I want it on my very early game creatures, my commander, and that's it. I will be heavily upping the amount of proliferate and -1/-1 counter generation. I will also be increasing the amount of cards in my deck that get stronger with more counters, so things like Everflowing Chalice or planeswalkers. Finally I want at least a couple effects that "control target player during their next turn" to use once they're significantly poisoned. One of the best in my opinion is Sorin Markov who we can pump up using proliferate effects and then for -7 take control of a player.

I will start from the Corrupting Influence precon and I will track each change I make to the overall plan in the comments.

Final thing to note is that this deck is currently far from done and depending on when you check on it it may have anywhere from 80-120 cards in it. I will update this message when it's compleated (heh)
