A tribute to my favorite professional wrestler/actor (the late great "Rowdy" Roddy Piper) and in no way meant to be competitive. Just a deck that makes a ton of rats and wins by either pinging your opponent with cards like Blood Artist or Zulaport Cutthroat or overrunning them with countless rat tokens and pumping them with cards like Shared Animosity or Gnawing Crescendo.
