First draft at a Arcane/Spirit deck around card:Oyobi, Who Splits the Heavens.

The main goal is creature beatdown by casting many spirits, and Oyobi's ability creating a load more. There's a few Banners and Anthems to buff them, hopefully creating a pretty formidable board.

Currently there is one alternative wincon with deck:Faithbound Judge's Disturb side. I would expect this to be a distraction more often than not however.
