Other thoughts are Waxmane Baku, Dungeon Geists, and Nikko-Onna as unorthodox control choices, Skyclave Apparition as a less unorthodox control choice, Cemetery Illuminator, Call to the Kindred, and Kindred Boon with some Myojin, especially Myojin of Seeing Winds. (Most things with Kindred in the name are good for tribal decks.)
Maybe not the Myojin. The new ones don't use divinity counters.

Spirits From The Bright Sun to The Dark Ocean

Thief of Hope and Waxmane Baku are probably going to underperfom, since there aren't that many spirit cards to cast (they trigger on cast, not on ETB). I know it's against the spirit-theme of the deck, but consider whether Suture Priest and Blood Artist would be better...

This is my second deck. It is just a prototype, the cards are shown aren't all specifically meant to be together but from the look of the deck, you may be able to get an idea of what I am trying to do. It is a Token, Spirit Deck. Using Cards like Thief of Hope and Waxmane Baku to take advantage of this. Any advice on specific cards, ways to improve, or anything would be amazing!

This deck really has a lot to offer, and a ton of synergy!
I would add Haru-Onna and Nikko-Onna as their self bouncing abilities offer a deck like this continuous boons in the form of ETB effects, their own, as well as those of the other spirits.
I'd go for a playset of Petalmane Baku as it offers amazing ramp for your bigger spirits, and its white twin Waxmane Baku does an insane job at lockdown.
I love all your tribal boosting artifacts, and would totally add Coat of Arms as well :)
Kami of False Hope is amazing for stalling, and he is always elligible for soulshift.
The deck looks like smashing good fun. Keep tweaking it, dude ;)

If you can bring yourself to bring a little weird in and a little rags and chains out, the spirits and arcanes from kamigawa could really give you a boost. Check out stuff like Oyobi, Who Split the Heavens, Long-Forgotten Gohei, Waxmane Baku, and Sire of the Storm. If that stuff is to weird I'd recommend stuff like Drogskol Captain, Sturmgeist, Battleground Geist, Geist Snatch. I hope these help. Have an awesome day!

Also remove Hopeful Eidolon, Baleful Eidolon, Niblis of the Urn, Kami of the Tended Garden, and Budoka Pupil / Ichiga, Who Topples Oaks
More recommendations: Waxmane Baku, Petalmane Baku, and Long-Forgotten Gohei
