I didn't want to use my usual budget restrictions for this Carth the Lion deck because there aren't enough decent budget planeswalkers in golgari. I also didn't want to spend a long time thinking about which 'walkers to include so as to keep it at a reasonable power level, so that brings us to the modular lion deck. There are going to be 80 cards in the main board, including Carth, and all 64 golgari-identity walkers in the sideboard. I'll find a way to randomly choose 20 walkers from that list to slot in each game, and let the randomness commence. We'll see if I can make it at all usable haha.
