Bell Borca was such a weird card. Always wanted to build a deck but never got around to it. I like what you have going on here! Your deck has a clear theme and flows. I'm gonna spitball some ideas at you based off the direction of your list.
Arc Blade the Futuresight red counterpart to Chronomantic Escape
Winds of Abandon huge Path to Exile
Chrome Mox on theme mana rock.
Semblance Anvil another on theme mana rock.
Jester's Cap blue/black deck manipulation for Boros.
Sword of Forge and Frontier and/or Sword of Hearth and Home might be worthy upgrades to some of your current equipment.
Soul-Guide Lantern cheaper more effective version of Stonespeaker Crystal

Would you consider Stonespeaker Crystal,
Magus of the Wheel,
Viscera Seer,
Talisman of Indulgence,
Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs,
Lightning Greaves, Trailblazer's Boots?
Dualcaster Mage + Heat Shimmer?
Also, mikaeus doesn't work with your spell creatures, i guess he is just there to combo with murderous redcap?

You could try cutting basic lands for some more ramp cards like Worn Powerstone, Everflowing Chalice, Skyclave Relic, Stonespeaker Crystal, Mind Stone, Izzet Signet, Arcane Signet, Talisman of Creativity, Hedron Archive, Commander's Sphere.
Running lots of ramp can be helpful if your commander occasionally gets removed or if you run lots of high mana value cards.

A couple ideas for your consideration:
Point removal: i like Reality Shift as it can hit indestructible creatures.
Lands: i like Dimir Aqueduct as it can help you hit another land drop if you can tolerate a tapland.
If you mill your opponents, its good to run graveyard hate. Some decks like muldrotha thrive on being milled. Scavenger Grounds, Stonespeaker Crystal, Soul-Guide Lantern, and Nihil Spellbomb are a few playable options.
An easy cut is bonesplitter. If you want equipment, Mask of Memory, Sword of Vengeance, or Whispersilk Cloak are probably better.
Also, Changelings are rogues: maybe Shapesharer or Cairn Wanderer are interesting.
