This is a deck I've been wanting to make for years and have been saving basically all the planeswalkers I've pulled for, and while it's still very much a work in progress, especially to make sure the mana base is properly balanced, I've seen some pretty incredible success with it in testing. It's ridiculously easy to pull off multiple ultimates in a single turn, sometimes multiple times compared to normal. I almost always use Call the Gatewatch to search out Ajani, Sleeper Agent to get planeswalkers out faster. Any planeswalkers that give buff power through +1/+1 counters or until end of turn are fantastic for Sisay; just keep buffing her and you'll be able to get any legendary permanent out. You have plenty of different options in the sideboard with Glittering Wish, though you can use whatever multicoloured card you want if you're playing casually.
