Atemsis is very neat. I like the way you organized your list.

You might consider these cards: Coalition Relic (can get Atemsis out on turn 4), Urza's Incubator , Muddle the Mixture (finds either piece of dramatic scepter), Spellseeker (finds Muddle), Rush of Knowledge , Assert Authority , Thoughtcast , Concentrate , Vedalken Mastermind , AEthersnipe , River Serpent , Lay Claim , Striped Riverwinder , Floodwaters , Windcaller Aven , New Perspectives

Ok in this kind of deck you need options to slow your opponent and more mill options, I recommend putting in at least 2 Abandoned Sarcophagus to recast your cycling mill spells, with that I would replace Cancel with Countervailing Winds as you would have a fair amount of cards in your graveyard and you can recast it from the sarcophagus. I would put 4 Ipnu Rivulet and 4 Desert of the Mindful to avoid flooding and add extra mill from the rivulet. To add stall to the deck Id add 4 Winds of Rebuke and if you have the money a pair of River's Rebuke if you dont then run the budget alternative Floodwaters which also has cycling. Also consider some Essence Scatters and Censors as some better counter magic.

Thanks, you are right I replaced Floodwaters now and took out Vigilance for the Boros Charm

If you have o e, Boros Charm is a pretty clean upgrade to your indestructible instants. Also, Baral's Expertise could give you a way to cast cards from your hand using Narset's trigger (and could replace Floodwaters pretty easily)

Like the creative design. Would probably not bother with Floodwaters and us Unsummon as a cheaper alternative. While i know you can cheat the card out, it seems a bit pricy since all your creatures are on the higher end of the curve as well.

Speaking of that I would suggest taking out Frontline Devastator. The card seems over costed for what it does. You would be better of with a non-afflict unity creature for less or some early burn control. After all if you burn off a creature that would normally kill yours after blocking you still get the afflict trigger.

Best of luck with the deck.

Wurmlover - Yeah, that is definitely a concern of mine. Thinking some other form of blue removal, Winds of Rebuke - Galestrike - Floodwaters, but for now Commit / Memory is my thought for bouncing it. Lay Claim may make it into the sideboard as well.

SnowStalker - Thanks to the updated way WOTC handles split cards, the Aftermath cards are considered an Instant Sorcery, similar to an Artifact Creature, etc. So yes, I can Hulk it and any other split card for that matter as long as half of it is an instant, which Commit / Memory - Reduce / Rubble (still not in the system for some reason) & Failure / Comply all are. You're right in the fact that I don't have any direct draw main boarded, however Censor cycles and Kefnet the Mindful has built in draw ability, along with Pull from Tomorrow if needed R2/3. As for the "wincon" in this deck, I've won multiple games during KLD Standard simply with a Torrential Gearhulk swinging away. Having Kefnet the Mindful and vizier of many faces makes for a large mid game horde.

Note: THis deck is far from finished, but why not try to MAKE BLUE GREAT AGAIN!
