These are the things I don't think are very strong in the deck at the moment.
Death Denied just takes them to your hand and most of the ones you want are big, it would probably be better if it put them on top of your library. The same could be said for Darigaaz's Charm, Phyrexian Reclamation, Necromantic Thirst, and Disentomb.
I don't think Charmbreaker Devils, Xira Arien, Staff of Nin, or Yurlok of Scorch Thrash add anything to this deck at all.
I'm not sure Hoarding Dragon and Lathliss, Dragon Queen is that good; are these really worth it? This doesn't seem like a dragon focus deck really, even though you do have a few dragons. I think the energy is better spent focusing on another theme like big creatures and sacrificing, ramping, or jund control.
Jund Battlemage puts tokens onto the field but it costs a mana I'm not 100% sure it's worth. Something like Dragonlair Spider or Grave Titan like I mentioned in my last comment are more worth it imo.
I don't like Shreds of Sanity because there aren't that many instants or sorceries in the deck to begin with and I feel that the deck would be stronger if it focused on it's creatures anyway.

Looks like a fun deck, though you are missing Darigaaz's Charm which can be quite useful. A counter spell or two does not hurt either. I recommend Rewind, Dissolve and Render Silent. Atraxa, Praetors' Voice will help with your counter strategy. You are also playing five colours so I suggest putting in Shard Convergence as well.
I hope these suggestions have helped!

I would replace Darigaaz's Charm with Jund Charm since the mods of exile a graveyard and 2 damage to everything are simply better. I am thinking Star of Extinction should become Abzan Charm since removal and card draw are also good.

Ohthenoises could it be any charm? In the deck, I would play either Jund Charm -> Ritual for 10, Jeskai Charm -> kill everyone, Esper Charm -> draw deck and win, Darigaaz's Charm -> kill everyone and win, Abzan Charm -> Ritual for 10
I mean, they are the best charms for the deck, and would loop with Reborn Hope, and some would even let you win on the spot. I would even think about cutting the ones that can't win, reducing the amount of dead cards in the deck.

Ive heard ramos is best used as a storm commander, cast a ton of multicolor spells, then cast double the amount with double the mana
Note that 1 cmc spells like Brainstorm literally pay for themselves with ramos out, and things like Manamorphose and Dark Ritual have double the ramp potential
For storm, you're gonna need a LOT of instants, ramp, and "storm" spells
Storm/ multicolor spells
Ramp
Also, charms are a great way to generate mana with ramos while having many modes for utility and building storm count
And many more..
Storm also needs a lot of tutors and recursion spells if you can afford them
But yea, from what I've heard and seen about ramos, you want to storm multicolor spells in order to cast more spells with the mana and using the insane ramp to win via stuff like Mind's Desire, Grapeshot, Brain Freeze and Tendrils of Agony after a huge storm count of multicolor spells

I looked at your list and I came up with the following suggestions you might want to consider:
If you need more help on this deck or any other Commander project, then give me a headsup on my wall :) Just click my name and post something on there.
It is always great to recieve an upvote on my favourite deck, which you can see here. Just click the 'Upvote' button on the left if you like what you see.
Enjoy the game!
