TThis decklistis all about controlling the flow of combat and manipulating your opponents' creatures to your advantage. With cards like Portal Mage, Misleading Signpost, and Master Warcraft, you'll be redirecting attackers to inconvenient targets, disrupting your opponents' plans and protecting yourself from potential threats.

Meanwhile, Goblin Spymaster and Public Enemy encourage your opponents' creatures to attack each other, creating chaos and confusion on the battlefield. With cards like Ethereal Haze, War's Toll, and Boros Fury-Shield, you can further disrupt your opponents' plans, preventing them from mounting a coordinated assault or punishing them for doing so. Lightmine Field also happens to play very nicely with Goblin Spymaster.

In addition to your control spells, you have access to a variety of utility cards, such as Tamiyo's Journal, to help you dig for answers (card:portal maipulator) and maintain card advantage.

With Kykar's ability to generate creatures, you'll have an army of flying blockers at your disposal to further halt your opponents' attacks, and you can hopefully win whether it's through a dumb win-con like Azor's Elocutors or simply outlasting your opponents through manipulation of the battlefield.

Although frankly Kykar, Wind's Fury is a filler comander for lack of a better one. And due to the unusual constitution of this decklist, it is quite difficult to find cards that work well with the rest of the deck, so I'm very open to suggestions.
