I built this deck to gain enough life to counter attacks, but still be under $300. What I created I like to call "The Life Lock" because it locks the opponents in a position that makes it difficult for them to put down any creatures, because whenever they do, you gain a ton of life, put a ton of counters on everything, and become just that much closer to winning the game.

My favorite combo is probably Cradle of Vitality + Rhox Faithmender . I think that it's hilarious to watch your opponents grow more and more terrified of what used to be just a 1/5 with lifelink. But it's even better when you hit them with an Alliance of Arms and everybody freaks out because they all just involuntarily created 11 creatures for you (that could have been doubled with Anointed Procession to 22 new creatures you control), that you pump right back into your creature with Soul Warden, and then potentially sacrifice 5 creatures on your side to win the game with Westvale Abbey   and win the game. Or you could pull out Angel of Destiny and win the game, Darien, King of Kjeldor, Chalice of Death  , the last abilities of any of the planeswalkers... the list goes on. I hope you have a great time playing this deck, and finding all the hidden combos throughout the deck that you can use to destroy your opponents.
