Shalai and Hallar burn your enemies with counters. I've gone a few directions with this deck in the past.

I have added some ramp and some dorks to speed the deck up. I opted for more dorks than sorceries/instants so that I can benefit from spells that give all creatures +1/+1 counters.

I had previously included the infinite combo with Shalai having lifelink, but decided to take it back to its roots of mainly green spells/creatures that distribute counters.
