As soon as I saw River Song, I knew I HAD to make a deck for her, finally a commander to take advantage of all those cool old filter cards that stack the bottom of your deck! Deck is looking to take infinite turns and force opponents to search thier librarys while controling board state and presence. Backup wincon looping Soldier of Fortune to cause opponents to infinately shuffle their libraries with either Psychic Surgery or Psychogenic Probe out to finish them off.
