Budget Blanka build for under $100 Canadian. Definitely lots of room to upgrade, even with only $100 more. Despite the limitation, there are some cool interactions. Blanka, Ferocious Friend + Chandra's Ignition + Grafted Exoskeleton is an instant kill. Crown of Flames, Ghitu Firebreating, and Whip Silk plus any of the storm cards can output a lot of damage, especially if Birgi, God of Storytelling  , or Defiler of Instinct are on the field.
