New EDH Deck for the printing of Rankle, Master of Pranks.

I would Like the first 4 turns of each game to play out similarly.

Turn 1: Discard Spell

Turn 2: Creature (Burglar Rat Effect)

Turn 3: Kill a land or Discard Spell

Turn 4: Rankle and swing. Making each player discard and sacking a creature if need be to edict my opponent.

I'll try to push the rest of the game to a top deck war and using my commander to control the board and hand while slowly accumulating advantage over my opponent.

Fetchlands are for Witches' Cottage.
