Smeagol seemed like such a fun commander combining two of my favorite things in magic: ramp and mill. It lets you ramp not only with your deck, but your opponents as well! I need to get a copy of Torment of Hailfire and I'm looking for other ways to close out the game once I have a noticeable land advantage. Maybe Whirlwind if I have more life than the opponent?
