Maybeboard

Creature (1)

Draw, Drain, Win Simple as that

The goal from the start was to have a fun silly little esper deck that just draws cards, gains some life, plays some neat threats every noe and then and maybe does some spot board adjustments if needed without being all too opressive. Unsure if that's how it's actually turning out but at least it's still fun so far.

For feedback my main conundrum is the mana base. I am most used to monocoloured commanders so unsure how to properly tackle a tricolour manabase on a budget. Any manabase feedback is greatly appreciated, like, is it okay to have slow taplands? Are some taplands more egregrious than others? Are more basics better? That kinda stuff.

Second conundrum is to try to make the deck less "oh I drew my one combo piece, guess you all die" and more of a steady "you know what you get thing" even if that thing isn't usually the same.

Third conundrum is around what draw spells are worth running. Is draw 3 for 3 mana ideal? Is slower draw sources okay? Are wheels too explosive? I dunno.

Fourthly, how much removal and protection is reasonable in a deck that just tries to do its own little thing and draw cards?

Any feedback or discussion is warmly welcome.
