Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice is a measly two mana commander that lets us tutor one or more cards each turn... Yeah, she's ridiculous. The only catch is that she's mono-white. Thankfully white contains OP enchantments at low cost like Spirit Mantle, All That Glitters, Battle Mastery, etc.

You can play this deck at the speed of mono-red by casting your commander on turn two, then on turn three cast any enchantment from your hand and then use the commander's ability to get Daybreak Coronet on her. This makes her AT LEAST a 5/5 first strike, vigilance, lifelink on turn 3 without summoning sickness.

Use enchantments like Mask of Law and Grace, Indestructibility, Pentarch Ward etc to keep her alive. Once she is indestructible, put Pariah on her so you can't take damage anymore. when she is unblockable and can OHKO via commander damage, put Spectra Ward on her since it doesn't make her lose her current auras.

For offense, we can combine Things like Stoneskin and Gauntlets of Light. Then Spirit Mantle to make her unblockable plus Battle Mastery. With her lifelink from Daybreak Coronet, Light of Promise yields an easy ten or more +1/+1 counters. Since we will be playing two to four enchantments each turn, All That Glitters can provide a lot of value too.

For card draw, we mostly use Sram, Senior Edificer, Mesa Enchantress, Kor Spiritdancer, and Esper Sentinel.

This is a budget deck purely by coincidence. Most of what makes our commander powerful is cheapo cards. If you remove Esper Sentinel and Extraplanar Lens, Greater Auramancy, you can probably build this deck for like sixty dollars. Those three cards are honestly not very important anyway. Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice tutors constantly so esper isn't very important and ramp from the lens doesn't really matter much due to a mana curve that plummets after 3 CMC. They're still good in this deck but they are also overkill. The shroud from Auramancy is nice for when you are done making light-paws big though.
