Just a blue moon concept for Keranos. UR control with lots of draw, removal, and counters to set up for a combo, and the Blood Moon/Magus of the Moon/Back to Basics/Winter Moon/Harbinger of the Seas/Blood Sun and some land destruction to slow everyone else down.

End game is a Splinter Twin combo.

Better options are more than welcome! I've made a LOT of variations of this deck over the years. It's never the best but it's never bad. Possibly due to the commander selection and win-cons I've decided to make a deck out of, but if I can make it stronger within those two parameters, let me know.
