Arbitrarily, no Mana Crypt, no Mox Diamond, no Lion's Eye Diamond, no Mana Vault, no Grim Monolith, no Timetwister - Lame, I know.

Kykar and/or its spirit tokens ideally fuel Divergent Transformations or Synthetic Destiny into Leveler + Thassa's Oracle to win at instant speed. Kykar spirits can fuel specific Underworld Breach lines even without LED. Good old Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter can get us there, and Future Sight + Sensei's Divining Top with the bird lets us pick up our deck.

The real spice is an extreme Blood Moon and Back to Basics mana base, eschewing even Command Tower for the meme. Speaking of nonsense, we're running Jeskai Ascendancy with Banishing Knack and Retraction Helix to pick up our 0-1 CMC artifacts, never mind the fact that we can Swords to Plowshares before an arbitrarily large Earthquake. Building like we're mono blue High Tide means our non-scepter storm outlet is in Brain Freeze.

Listing a bunch of red cards in the maybe board - it's not that they don't deserve the slots, but because of the janky mana base, this is where most matchup tuning is going to happen. Straight up, the red spells beyond Blood Moon, Divergent Transformations, Underworld Breach, and Wheel of Fortune are flex slots.
