My fourth dedicated Infect Commander deck also happens to be a Precon upgrade..

Because this is a Precon upgrade, I made a hard bias towards using cards printed in it's own set/s (ONC/ONE), but also to keep the 99 compleat-ly non-foil as well. Finally, in order to maximize the flavor of this particular deck, I am limiting my card pool to a total of 13 sets. There is the more recent Phyrexian Invasion block (DMU, BRO, ONE, MOM), their corresponding sets of Commander Precons (DMC, BRC, ONC, MOC), the original Scars of Mirrodin block (SOM, NPH, MBS, M12), and Duel Decks: Phyrexia vs. The Coalition (DDE)..

• (ONC): 41 = 40 + the Commander

• (ONE): 36 = 27 + 9 basic lands

• (DMU): 3

• (SOM): 7

• (NPH): 3

• (MBS): 9

• (M12): 1

Of the 41 cards from (ONC), 9 were originally printed in the 'Scars of Mirrodin' block (SOM: 4, NPH: 3, MBS: 2)

Ideally, this deck is built to function more as a Midrange/Control deck than a traditional Infect deck. In order to accomplish this, the creature focus in this deck is exclusively Infect creatures with some kind of added value such as Flying or Haste; the kind of beefiness usually only found on the higher-end of the CMC spectrum..

In another words, this is where my copy of Blightsteel Colossus resides...
