yeaGO, I'm not sure what would be the easiest solution when it comes to fixing the 200+ Phyrexian tribal cards. Because now I come to you with some additional cards that don't have their exact types listed in the Fix Card tool creature subtype database.

Belbe, Corrupted Observer is now listed as a Phyrexian Zombie Elf
I can keep bringing fixes for you one by one, but I think you'll get tired of my posts real quick.

Hello legendofa,
I propose a new hub to be added: Phyrexian. During Modern Horizons 2, 225 creatures were retconned into having the Phyrexian creature subtype to join Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider . Additionally, there were a smattering of Enchantments, Artifacts and etc that ether have the Phyrexian subtype or create creature tokens that do. Thanks to this retcon I now have a deck that has a Phyrexian tribal theme. For your reference, below is a full list of spells that were affected by WotC's Phyrexian errata.

Aside from very minor infect damage, and a few planes-walkers there is no need to proliferate. I highly suggest taking out some counterspells and a few removal spells. Add a lot more infect cards. Why? Because I count 6 ways to deal infect damage in your 100 card deck. Let's pretend your opponent has removal as well, and can deal with 6 threats; fairly easy task is it not? Suggestions: Blackcleave Goblin, Ichor Rats, Phyresis, Spinebiter, Phyrexian Swarmlord There are so many options. I highly suggest you build more ways to win in your deck. Good luck.

Digging the first pass of the deck I would try to go all-in on the infect theme and ditch some of the +1/+1 counter focused cards. Would make the deck feel a lot more consistent in games played.
I also see some cards that give brokkos some form of evasion, its worth noting that brokkos already has a pseudo-evasion like effect by naturally having trample, which deters people from blocking anyways, I feel that the additional evasion effects via creatures to mutate onto seems a bit extra.
I reccomend removing these:
- Merfolk Skydiver - +1/+1 theme, its nice for a 5 mana proliferation sink but I feel its too clunky
- Pollenbright Druid - A one time proliferate is likely too cute for this deck
- Polukranos, Unchained - +1/+1 counter themed, I see the argument for mutating onto a huge creature with +1/+1 counters, but polukranos also shrinks really quickly
- Elusive Tormentor  Flip is a nice unblockable threat, but we're winning by going to bash town with infect damage, rather than an unblockable 6/7
- Silhana Ledgewalker Another pseudo-unblockable threat.
- Toothy, Imaginary Friend I likely would only play this card with Pir, Imaginative Rascal, seems very off theme from what you're trying to do aside from giving itself counters.
- Yeva, Nature's Herald This card only gives your green creatures flash, I dont think its really worth it... otherwise I would be super on board
- Blighted Agent is a human and you cannot mutate onto it. I'm not sure if you want to keep it in the deck as an extra infect threat, or go all in on the mutate plan.
- Relic Putrescence feels way too narrow just for giving its controller a single poison counter
- Simic Ascendancy Is a +1/+1 card that I dont see as a viable backup plan
- Leyline of Anticipation It's nice casting things at instant speed but that isnt really the theme of the deck, if folks have instant speed removal they will likely use it anyways and this wont get you many bonus points
- Golgari Charm What is this for? Removing 1/1s? Brokkos has trample and your infect creatures might have 1 toughness... regenerating brokkos? Just mutate again..
Cards I would consider adding:
- Rot Wolf
- Whispering Specter
- Plague Myr
- Necropede
- Blackcleave Goblin
- Thrummingbird
- Triumph of the Hordes
- Blackblade Reforged
Since you're looking for more Destroy effects, Card draw effects, and counter effects, consider the following:
- Beast Within
- Vines of Vastwood
- Deadly Rollick
- Invigorate
- Phyrexian Arena
- Painful Truths
- Arcane Denial
- Curtains' Call
There are a few different land ramp spells I may play, but those are likely out of budget. For the remainder of the cuts I reccomend taking out the worst infect creatures, and possibly some of your land ramp spells

Hey Gruul, your English is just fine! I checked out your deck and there were definitely some great choices that I hadn't ever considered before, particularly Blackcleave Goblin & Krosan Cloudscraper. I've also been thinking about adding Putrefax for ages, so I think I'll finally give that a go.
As for the mill theme, that's just personal preference. This deck is potent, but I don't need or want it to be at a cEDH level - I'm more of a 'kitchen table with friends' player. Although there are instant kill options in here, I'm not trying to go for that every single time. I like a bit of variety and simply wanted to have 1 mill themed deck and Mimeo scratched that itch.

Something I personally put into my Mimeoplasm deck: Infect creatures. Stuff like Blackcleave Goblin and Putrefax on your Mimeoplasm along with a ton of +1/+1 counters could give you massive burst potential that your deck might not have had before. Something to consider.

First thing, your deck is in standard, but you're not playing standard legal cards. I assume you meant modern? You should change it.
your deck has some really expensive cards for an infect deck. Black gets access to a few proliferate cards.
Replace Spread the Sickness with 4x Grim Affliction. You put on the counter, then proliferate, killing anything with toughness 2 or less for 3 mana. The prolif effect is cheaper, and thus faster. Since you're playing mono-black, which doesn't have access to the same type of pump, you want more prolif. Also, if one of your infect creatures gets blocked, you can prolif the counters on what they blocked. I think 99% of the time it's a better card. Replace the Phyrexian Digester and the Guardians of Meletis with Core Prowler. It's another infect creature, and if it dies, then you get to prolif. Replace the Blackcleave Goblins with 2 more Ichor Rats, since they have a better etb trigger. Replace the Dark Favor and Deviant Glee with 4x Unholy Strength. 1 for 2 on 4 cards is better than one card being 2 for 3, and 3 cards at 1 for 2. Unholy Strength is also cheaper in dollar amounts.
Finally, remove the Virulent Wound for 2x Throne of Geth (2 mana to add a poison counter), and 2x Hand of the Praetors.
Even more finally, replace Untamed Hunger with Snake Cult Initiation. Use the Snake Cult on a flier since it stacks with infect. Yeah. Okay. Make the changes and I'll help you again after.

I love the idea of mono black infect, but i think you might want the rest of the black infectors haha Vector Asp , Plague Stinger , Phyrexian Crusader , Plague Myr , Ichorclaw Myr , Blackcleave Goblin , Flensermite , Septic Rats , and Phyrexian Digester are all pretty sweet in the early game. Necropede is both an infector and removal
your big finishers are cards like Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon , Reaper of Sheoldred , and Phyrexian Juggernaut
Plus theres some ways to give your non infectors infect with cards like Phyresis , Tainted Strike , and Grafted Exoskeleton
Virulent Wound is pretty great early removal and a free poison counter if the creature dies Spread the Sickness is a bit expensive, but proliferating is pretty damn good Relic Putrescence is actually hilarious in commander, especially if you hit like their Sol Ring or something
but yeah, hope you continue with the noble path of infecting people
