Basic strategy: after you get out Arcum Dagsson, get out Myr Turbine, Ashnod's Altar, Citanul Flute for Dross Scorpion, Myr Matrix, and Blasting Station. Tap Myr Turbine, sacrifice the myr to Ashnod's Altar, untap the turbine with Dross Scorpion and you have infinite mana. Use the infinite mana to make infinite myrs with Myr Matrix which you can then sacrifice to Ashnod's Altar to untap whatever you would like with Dross Scorpion. Sacrifice the infinite myrs and utilize unlimited untaps to kill everyone with Blasting Station.

Things like Unwinding Clock, Dreamstone Hedron, Liquimetal Coating, Magewright's Stone, Voltaic Key, Manifold Key, and Basalt Monolith can all make the fetching happen very quickly. You can essentially use other players turns as your own with Unwinding Clock.

Spine of Ish Sah can be used for some limited control, Swiftfoot Boots can be used to protect Arcum Dagsson

As this is a budget deck, I haven't included things like Darksteel Forge, Akroma's Memorial or Mycosynth Lattice even though those could make this deck much better.

I remade this deck as $30 Arcum Dagsson Combo which is much better and cheaper.
