Response deck to overly competitive players.

Decimate, Casualties of War, and Aura Shards are in the deck because they blow up multiple permanents from the same player.

Sorin Markov and Tree of Perdition are in the deck because they are effects that a player in my playgroup dislikes. The same goes for "haste combos", hence why Mass Hysteria is in the deck.
