Aristocrat deck with Hidetsugu, Devouring Chaos as commander.

Love the idea behind Hidetsugu, Devouring Chaos but not sure how to narrow the focus of the deck and balance it. Still learning how to build balanced, very open to suggestions for casual/low budget fun deck for Commander EDH. Deck seems cool but feels unfocused. Thank you for ANY suggestions!
