So I played around this commander in terms of the noncreature effect. So the deck is loaded with sorcery, artifact, instances, enchantments and so on. To help out I'm also running the Proliferate and Oil counters effect with some help for casting all the other effects. So swing out with a lot of little guys and a few big ones.
