I think I have this about as fast as I can make it on a budget. I haven't aquired learned spells yet, so using eyetwitch as a discard/draw mechanic

I was using Oona's Guard but Mettalic Mimic seemed to fit without causing me to want to add more faeries and muddle the theme.

Xanathar is a welcomed party crasher IMO and had to be in here. Proliferate is the second tier to buffing my cards, tezzeret can help win with replicating rings and his 6pt artifact damage ability.
