Hi, this is a deck I've made over a decade ago and I'm looking to heavily modify so so it can actually be played.

Any help is welcome though it'd be great if it was kind of budget-y.

I'm guessing I'd better run a bunch of 1-off's so I'd have an answer to many of my opponent's plays but I'm not sure what to put in.
