This is a prototype deck for Torgaar, Famine Incarnate. Torgaar reads: "As an additional cost to cast this spell, you may sacrifice any number of creatures. This spell costs 2 less to cast for each creature sacrificed this way. When Torgaar, Famine Incarnate enters the battlefield, up to one target player's life total becomes half their starting life total, rounded down."

The concept for the deck is to flood the board with creatures, play Torgaar, sacrifice him, bring him back from the graveyard and repeat his effect as much as possible.

Land count is very high, still searching for cards and open to ideas.
