I've wanted to make an Atraxa infect deck for quite a while and looking through other peoples' decks for inspiration I instantly fell in love with deck:https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/the-song-of-phyresis/. Understanding that there's no way to make an infect commander deck not powerful, I still wanted to build one in my own style while keeping the heavy Phyrexian theme.

While the deck is heavy on infect creatures and it won't be hard to directly bring opponents to 10 poison counters through that rout alone, this is only a means to get to the real end, merely landing any number of poison counters on the opponent and letting proliferate effects take you to victory.

The lack of planeswalkers is also by design, I want to try to avoid losing focus in any way possible, the only exception is that there are several ways to get a +1/+1 counter onto Atraxia herself making it easy to kill one of your opponents with commander damage alone while the others slowly die of poison. Update: Ajani, Sleeper Agent was perfect for this deck to pass up.

This deck has done a fair amount of 1v1 testing and hasn't lost yet even vs the likes of Xenagos, Mayael, Kaalia, Purphoros and Animar combo.
