You know who's a commander you don't see much? Well, I guess he doesn't see you much, either, since I'm talking about the Blind Seer here. What might seem like a fiddly little effect that Invasion block had too much of - messing with the colors of things - is actually quite deadly once you start delving into the various hosers that blue has access to.

Flash Flood, Hydroblast and Blue Elemental Blast become Vindicates under the Seer's guidance. Land a Heartstone or Training Grounds and it's only two mana. Heaven help your opponent if you stick any of these under an Isochron Scepter! Douse can completely lock down a foe, and Hibernation can bounce tons of lands at once.

Distorting Lens, Tidal Visionary and Vodalian Mystic are all backup (and manaless!) ways to support the Seer's ability. Cards like Glamerdye or Mind Bend help ensure that Wrath of Marit Lage and Llawan, Cephalid Empress hit the most common color at the table.

Don't feel like fiddling with color hosing? No problem, Cowardice, Dismiss into Dream and Willbreaker allow the Blind Seer to completely neutralize entire swathes of creatures just by targeting them, ensuring you can finish off your foe with ease.
