Wyleth seems like a really strong choice for voltron. I think low-cost auras would be potent here. Dust Corona , Ethereal Armor , All That Glitters , Thunderous Might , Squee's Embrace , Blessing of the Nephilim , Furor of the Bitten , Taste for Mayhem , Tahngarth's Rage , Battle Mastery , Cartouche of Solidarity , Crackling Club , Flamespeaker's Will , Gryff's Boon , Hyena Umbra

I would Trade of Claws of Valakut for a cheaper enchantment as Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh comes with first strike. Maybe Furor of the Bitten or Volcanic Strength . But, I love the deck and been working on one for me too. Us little guys got to stick together

out 1xFuror of the Bitten, 1xFlame Slash, and 2xCrash Through, in 4xLightning Bolt. I don't know if you need 4xHazoret the Fervent, maybe cut 1 or 2 and replace them with more Light Up the Stages for more card advantage.

Cool deck! You might like these:
- Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar (emotional support.. lizard?)
- Contagion (could represent fleas, and has a nice cat in the art)
- Bolt Hound (is a pup and supports your commanders)
- Black Cat
- Jackal Familiar
- Cruel Feeding
- Feed the Swarm
- Eat to Extinction
- Dust Corona (could depict fleas?)
- Furor of the Bitten (bitten by fleas = rage!!)
- Uncontrolled Infestation
- Basilisk Collar
- Sparring Collar

At the moment, it looks like you basically have two different decks mashed into one. If you cut your 120 cards into two decks of 60, you'll essentially have double the options to play while improving the power level of both. The two main strategies I'm seeing here are Naya ramp/midrange and some sort of bird/flying tribal. I'll give some of my budget suggestions for both archetypes.
For Naya ramp, you definitely want to focus on the mana dorks like Birds of Paradise, Ilysian Caryatid, and Knotvine Mystic before using the extra mana to play your threats like Godsire, Titanic Ultimatum, and Atarka, World Render. Midrange will forego some of the lower and upper ends of the curve to play efficient midgame creatures like Retaliator Griffin, Managorger Hydra, and Llanowar Visionary. Some other ramp options include Voyaging Satyr, Sakura-Tribe Elder, Rampant Growth, Arbor Elf, and Utopia Sprawl. Some other bombs include Hornet Queen, Vigor, Archetype of Endurance, Terastodon, Armada Wurm, Gruul Ragebeast, Rakeclaw Gargantuan, Spearbreaker Behemoth, Woodfall Primus, and Warstorm Surge. Some midrange threats are Wild Nacatl, Woolly Thoctar, Spellbreaker Behemoth, Burning-Tree Emissary, and Bloodbraid Elf.
For birds, I'd definitely recommend swapping red out for blue. This lets you play flying buffs like Empyrean Eagle, Watcher of the Spheres, Skycat Sovereign, Jubilant Skybonder, Favorable Winds, Flurry of Wings, and Stolen by the Fae. Some options that stay in white are Sephara, Sky's Blade, Emeria Angel, Midnight Haunting, and Battle Screech. Some additional bird stuff could be Aven Mimeomancer, Pride of the Clouds, Wingmate Roc, Kangee, Aerie Keeper, Call, and Murmuring Mystic. These types of decks generally go as wide as possible, buff the team with anthem effects, and swing in the air for the win.
Cards I see in this deck that don't fit in either archetype are Ajani's Pridemate, Pyroceratops, End Hostilities, Planar Outburst, Star of Extinction, Giant Growth, Moonhold, Double Vision, Furor of the Bitten, and Darksteel Pendant. At least, those are the first that spring to mind as targets to replace first. Anyway, let me know if you have any questions about my suggestions and I wish you good luck with your build!

Furor of the Bitten is fine. Not great, just fine... You having Vampire Nighthawk helps it a lot.
The problem with it is that outside of Nighthawk, the fact that it invites your opponent to destroy two of your cards with just one of theirs is probably not worth +2/+2 and a mild downside.
If your early kills were more consistent I would be a bigger fan, but you're more of a turn 5-6 deck than a turn 3-4 deck.
It is a decent threat though, and I'm not inherently against playing it in a Nighthawk list.

wraya2 Im very like the idea of killing opponent in 2nd turn or 3d.
But, what chance of it? I consider "stable" deck that have 50% chance of do_key_thing at turn N. If in your deck you dont killing opponent until turn 4, you most likely lose.
I tryed to run 6 playtests and i was forced to mullingan 5 of this times because i had no lands in hand. So, my first suggestion is add 4-5 lands. 31 would be fine for early Ramp decks like Elves, but you better to have starting hand always with two lands.
My second suggestion is have more mana on turn 1-2: Lotus Petal, Simian Spirit Guide for example.
Dragon Mantle better then Crown of Flames, but i suggest to remove it at all, because it wouldn't help you to win on turn 2-3
Furor of the Bitten and Taste for Mayhem better then Unholy Strength

I'm glad you like it, thanks for commenting!
I have played the cycling lands in various decks, and finally decided to pull them out of all my turn 1-2-3 decks. Whenever I play the land in the first 3 turns, it hurts significantly. Cycling on exactly turn 4 is maybe ok, but most turns after that I'm just losing anyway, cycle or not. So no cycling lands in this deck is just a personal rule I've made for myself to avoid trying to get too cute with the lands.
Built to Smash seems great, go for it! I have no idea what to cut for it though.
Furor of the Bitten is really good too. I'm just going all in on triggering Kiln Fiend by playing Reckless Charge instead.
