Disturbing Plot

Sorcery

Return target creature card from a graveyard to the battlefield under your control. You lose life equal to it's converted mana cost.

Conspire

Hags are always up to something.

That was interesting.

Continue with another Random, or make a card that references Terry Pratchett's Discworld.

Maybe a Mirrorworks for some more artifacts to equip? Use that with Lashwrithe late game could be a win condition. Also either a Disturbing Plot or a Midnight Recovery for your 'enter the battlefield' creatures or the ones that activate when they die.

There's always the conspire mechanic, to begin with (Ghastly Discovery, Disturbing Plot, not sure exactly what else is out there). Besides that Shared Discovery could be really nice for card draw, although the need to have four creatures on the field might be prohibitive. Aura of Dominion could maybe shine in this deck.

Some of the things that I notice, due to lack of some card draw, you could throw in the one mana cycle lands to aid in card draw a bit. Also, Erebos, God of the Dead nets you card draw and is difficult to get rid of,

For reanimation, Palace Siege is nice to get stuff back to your hand, Rise of the Dark Realms is sick. Puppeteer Clique grabs awesome things from graveyards. Emeria Shepherd lets you reuse your cards. Immortal Servitude is sweet for reanimation purposes.

Control: Ward of Bones makes it so people can't have more stuff than you. Archfiend of Depravity controls the board. Sunblast Angel as well as Crater Hellion can replace some board wipes as well as New Avacyn. Sire Of Insanity dumps things into graves and makes it so people can't interact with you. Athreos, God of Passage lets you get back your things while Mogis, God of Slaughter makes people sac their creatures.

Combat: Citadel Siege controls what attacks, Hellkite Charger is extra combats.

Creatures: Your creatures are limited so I would make sure I have the best bang for my buck, especially with combat. Phyrexian Crusader, Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon, Phyrexian Vatmother, Blightsteel Colossus, Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger, Baneslayer Angel, Siege Dragon, Inferno Titan, Grave Titan, all are nice cards to have when you have extra combats. Iroas, God of Victory is sweet,

Other: Death Pit Offering makes the stuff you bring out scarier and since you don't have many creatures to begin with, it's possibly quite worth it. Mother of Runes protects your commander. Dragonmaster Outcast gives you things to keep your board full.

Win: Some cards to consider for closing out a game include: Molten Primordial, True Conviction, Mob Rule.

Misc cards that should probs be in the deck, Targeted removal like Terminate, Path to Exile, Deicide. Maybe more artifact hate?

Cards that can be taken out: Flaring Pain isn't much of an issue really. Disturbing Plot seems to be out played by a lot of other cards. Fumiko the Lowblood can probably go as you don't want people generally swinging at you. You can get the same effect by replacing Kytheon, Hero of Akros  Flip with Gideon Jura. Flameshadow Conjuring could be not worth depending on play testing.

Hi there! I enjoy a good zombie deck as much as the next guy, and I think you're on the right track. It does seem like your deck is trying to do too many things at one time. With the sheer amount of zombies available in the EDH format, it might behoove you to try to narrow your scope.

For instance, I love the graveyard hugs that zombies get. Being able to play something from your graveyard is thematic and awesome! Haakon, Stromgald Scourge, anyone? I think I would focus this deck around returning creatures to play over and over again, and maybe with some awesome death effects.

So cards like Woebearer, Apprentice Necromancer, and Phyrexian Delver all get a spot. Also spells - All Suns' Dawn, Aphetto Dredging, Disturbing Plot, Footsteps of the Goryo, Grim Discovery. There are tons of them!

Put together with sacrifice outlets like Altar's Reap,Grim Backwoods, and Greater Good. Then of course you have to have Grave Pact or Dictate of Erebos in play. Grafted Wargear also combos nicely.

And then you have your dredge (Shambling Shell) and cards that are just good with the theme. Avatar of Woe or Living End perhaps. I also like Grave-Shell Scarab even if it's not a zombie.

Hope that helped, and good luck!

P.S. Also there is better hard removal out there. Hero's Downfall Murder
