Captured by the Consulate

Enchantment — Aura

Enchant creature you don't control.

Enchanted creature can't attack.

Whenever an opponent casts a spell, if it has a single target, change the target to enchanted creature if able.

Visions of Brutality exists. I really like this design space. I also like Captured by the Consulate, I think this is also a unique design space. I feel like these are improved versions of cards that exist like Pacifism

I wonder if Radiant Performer works with auras's enchant ability such as

1 - Captured by the Consulate to neuter all opponent's creatures and protect my own

2 - Confiscate to gain control of every permanent

3 - Paradox Haze to enchant everyone and give them extra upkeeps

White has great 'prevention' cards. These prevent your opponent from doing anything. I'm coming from pioneer, and I'm sure there are a ton of other cards that aren't in pioneer that are like these.

I use these in my deck:

Eyed Abyss of Rainbow Irises

Y'know... I think so too. 1x Captured by the Consulate out, 1x Quicksilver Dragon in :) Thanks a billion!!

Actually enchantments fall off if they lose their requirement, so if you took it back itd lose the Captured by the Consulate, so the deck wouldn't actually ever work before, also why dont you run Quicksilver Dragon?

And I think your deck only works with Coalition Flag.

I love Mausoleum Secrets as a hella cheap instant speed tutor, and I think Aid from the Cowl provides nice extra-extra fancy scrying with a super easy-to-meet requirement, and Captured by the Consulate is fun to force an opponent to waste a removal spell or something of the sort. Seeker of the Way is a great creature to drop all your buffs on, and Center Soul is an interesting protection spell that you can use the next turn to get some damage in. Congregation at Dawn is awesome for cheating things off your deck, and Dispel is I feel the most underused actually-good counterspell ever. Destiny Spinner can make some massive creatures and keep your unresolved spells of all sorts safe, and Refurbish is super cracked at getting massive artifacts back onto the battlefield cheeaap (think Cataclysmic Gearhulk-type cards) and finally, Looming Altisaur is the best voltron commander I’ve ever seen.
