Cards I would take out: Acolyte of the Inferno, Akrasan Squire, Akroan Sergeant, Alaborn Grenadier, Alaborn Veteran, Altac Bloodseeker, Alaborn Zealot, Fire Diamond, Pristine Talisman, Bandage, and Armistice. I will suggest more later on.

For more fun, consider Smallpox or Innocent Blood or even Bloodmad Vampire for madness trigger and sacrifice. If you want a wincon, you could have some Grave Betrayal, but its CMC is really high. You could also try a lethal swing with Altac Bloodseeker, but that's only until end of turn. You might want to consider Malakir Cullblade or Sangromancer.

Kiln Fiend Altac Bloodseeker Eidolon of the Great Revel and Howl of the Horde are worth a look? Gelectrode and Nivix Cyclops are things too. Impact Tremors/Hellrider is a thing. Manabarbs kicks butt. Rage Forger would work with all those shamans. Tunnel Ignus/Akki Lavarunner in sideboard I guess with Ash Zealot. Anyways, good luck with the brew!
