Step 1) Use Ral's -2

Step 2) Cast a spell with "when you cast your next i/s spell, copy it", creating a copy of it on the stack.

Step 3) Resolve Ral's damage trigger and the copy

Step 4) Cast Expansion copying the first spell and the copy copying the original Expansion
