Eladamri's Call
Instant
Search your library for a creature card, reveal that card, put it into your hand, then shuffle your library.
lukecwolf on Modern Midrange Kaheera

I breathed a sigh of relief to see Kaheera as companion for cats, not that cursed blue/white elemental control.
You seem to be making the most from the tribe you chose.
I might consider swapping out mana tithe for other control stuff like Leyline Binding or Prismatic Ending. Maybe even applicable cycling cards like Cast Out (not the best example) or Eladamri's Call just for deck manipulation.
Happy brewing!
wallisface on INFINITE MANA COMBO AND CREATURE COMBO

Contrary to IXALAN_Crazys thoughts, having 12 pieces of interaction seems good to me, as your deck needs to assemble a lot of pieces, and as part of that you need to buy yourself a lot of time.
I also don’t think Collected Company is ideal here, your creature density is too low even if you add in a few more, and it’s more important to get the right creature to complete the combo, rather than a random smattering.
I think Eladamri's Call could be good here for finding you the pieces you need to get the combo rolling. Duskwatch Recruiter Flip could also be very strong for both finding the combo pieces and also digging for a wincon once you have infinite mana (it can only grab creatures, so you’d want to swap out Gelatinous Genesis in place if auto-win creatures like Walking Ballista or Emrakul, the Aeons Torn).
legendofa on Rat Colony hub

sergiodelrio I'm also avoiding loose and vague hubs names. They get used incorrectly or are broad to the point of all-inclusive.
Vague hub names have caused problems in the past. One hub in particular (Team America, now inactive) was being used for the wrong decks entirely. It's a Legacy tempo shell from 2008-2009, but was being treated as a synonym for any Jeskai deck, which is about as far away from the intended definition as you can get. I understand the source of the confusion, but a confusing hub is not a good hub, in my opinion. If it can't be understood at a glance, it's going to get reworked.
"Reduced variance" or "low variance" also already exists, kind of, as the "competitive" hub. The whole intent of competitive decks is to reduce variance as much as possible, so that the deck is as streamlined and consistent as possible. This is achieved through tutors, redundancy, deck manipulation, using playsets of cards, and so on. So what would be the criteria for inclusion in a "low variance" hub? I expect that a "low variance" hub would be highly subjective, used for any deck that its creator thinks is unusually consistent, whether or not it actually is.
I have also declined to put in a real tutor hub so far for similar reasons. How many tutors do you need to have to be a "tutor" deck? Is four enough, with Imperial Seal, Vampiric Tutor, Diabolic Tutor, and Diabolic Intent? What about Eladamri's Call, Green Sun's Zenith, Natural Order, Buried Alive, Terramorphic Expanse, Misty Rainforest, Mystical Tutor... What would be a short and solid description of a "tutor" deck? "A deck that regularly searches its library" would include landfall decks, almost every competitive EDH deck, "silver bullet" decks, and hatebear decks, all of which already have their own hub, and probably more. "A deck with seven or more card that search its owner's library" is arbitrary, as is any other number for inclusion. "A deck that regularly searches its library for specific cards that help it advance its win condition"--nah, I'm going to search for this useless card that doesn't help me at all.
Incidentally, "scry" is already available as a hub in the keyword/subtype checklist.
If a hub includes a $300 Dragon's Approach Pioneer deck, a $80 Elrond, Master of Healing casual Commander deck, and a $50,000 Vintage Beseech the Mirror deck, that hub becomes even broader than the aggro/combo/control archetypes, and as such becomes almost meaningless. I've added Dragon's Approach, Rat Colony, and Shadowborn Apostle to the short list for consideration, so they might be coming soon; I didn't see as many decks or as much diversity for Persistent Petitioners. And don't worry about a long post, as long as it's meaningful. It shows the idea has people willing to defend it and fight for it, which makes it more likely to be included one way or another.

You have lots of cat lords, Feline Sovereign, Kaheera, the Orphanguard, King of the Pride, etc. as well it works with self-modifiers like Loam Lion and Qasali Pridemage the new cat Sovereign Okinec Ahau can permanently +1/+1 counter your cats. Notably missing (in your maybeboard) Regal Caracal would give everyone lifelink too.
Glittering Lynx seems off, the isn't that disruptive for an opponent if it matters. I think you're trying to maximize your MV 1-drop cats, but Arcbound Mouser would give you a second Trained Caracal with upside instead. Lion Sash is also nice, but it is MV 2-drop.
The other new cat would be good: Kutzil, Malamet Exemplar, he could replace something like a vanilla Leonin Skyhunter or a mana sync like Bronzehide Lion or a really high cmc creature with low value like Jareth, Leonine Titan who probably is a win-more at MV6 that won't turn a loss into a win, really he MV7 to activate. Card in that MV slot has to be extremely impactful. Cats like Scrounging Bandar also work well with this new cat. Limiting interaction on your turn especially flashing in +3 spells (Indomitable Might) is really nice.
Leonin Relic-Warder is nice for controlling artifacts/enchantments and providing another MV2 cat.
Everybody Lives! gives another Heroic Intervention type effect.
Farseek is MV2 but I'm betting Harvest Season probably does more work at MV3. 35 lands seems like a lot for a low curve, maybe some low MV ramp like Talisman of Unity. Boseiju, Who Endures is a good forest but it's stupid expensive.
Rancor is a really nice trample/evasion enabler. Or like a Shadowspear or something which also helps out with Indestructibles blocking your cats. Pridemalkin is on a cat body, but don't like the MV3.
Mirri's Guile is okay, but a bit of a trap, way more value at MV2 with Sylvan Library
Song of the Dryads I get for locking out a commander but some instant interaction like Stroke of Midnight are usually more utility in more situations, might be a meta card though.
Eladamri's Call will bring up consistency to draw the finisher cats.
Cheers

Ok, so I already made 4 cuts. You chose to remove Binding of Titans, now I need to figure out what else to remove as I have Ephemerate, Llanowar Elves, Greater Auramancy, Idyllic Tutor, Bloom Tender, Worldly Tutor, Elvish Mystic, Fyndhorn Elves, Enlightened Tutor, Sterling Grove, Eladamri's Call, Aegis of the Gods, Pernicious Deed, Final Parting, Mana Crypt, Mana Vault, Sanguine Bond, Exquisite Blood (Birds of Paradise is already in as I didn't update the list at this moment)

You need Dorks, dude! Birds of Paradise was just reprinted, and is cheaper than it's been in a long time. Not sure how much Bloom Tender is running right now, but I'd slot it in if it's feasible. Lil dudes like Llanowar Elves, Fyndhorn Elves, Elvish Mystic, Elves of Deep Shadow & Avacyn's Pilgrim are needed as well. Always play your Dorks when in , unless they're not needed in a very strict, fundamental sense - which is not the case here. Maybe play a few Rituals like Dark Ritual, Cabal Ritual & Culling the Weak too. Final Parting could be cool here too.
Off the top, Aegis of the Gods, Ephemerate, Flickerform, Greater Auramancy, Sterling Grove, Idyllic Tutor, Eladamri's Call, Enlightened Tutor, Worldly Tutor, Pernicious Deed & Aura Shards are probably all worth consideration as well.
legendofa on Modern Horizons 3 Predictions/Wishlist

Going off the previous Modern Horizons, I expect some outside-of-Modern cards to be pulled in (Eladamri's Call, Enchantress's Presence), some lower-tier strategies to be given a push (Cloudshredder Sliver, Unmarked Grave), and some pushed cards (Force of Negation, Fury, and a bunch of generically good filler.
Some cards that could be Modern-ized (and probably keeping my failed prediction streak going):
-
specific or general typal utility stuff (Daru Spiritualist or Pact of the Serpent, for example)
-
some cards from recent non-Modern sets with generic names or Wizards IP (Rampaging War Mammoth).
Eyeballing some possible strategies that could use a bump:
-
weenie
-
or mill
-
something non-Eldrazi non-artifact colorless
-
Big Spells (mana value 5+ instants/sorceries, sorta like Prismatic from Strixhaven).
Some cards that might be pushed and generically good filler: I have no idea. That's for the designers to know.
Terrashock on Rin and Seri

Hello, fellow cat and dog enjoyer. I noticed that you pretty much stuffed every cat or dog in naya colors in that you could find but not a single changeling. While changelings might not be satisfying since they don't look like a cat or a dog, they provide great value because they actually trigger Rin & Seris ability twice generating two tokens instead of just one. They also benefit from both lord effects. Notable examples of changelings are:
- Realmwalker
- Taurean Mauler
- Irregular Cohort
- Masked Vandal
- Impostor of the Sixth Pride (actually looks like a cat!)
- Chameleon Colossus
- Crib Swap : Removal that also nets you two tokens!
- Maskwood Nexus : Everything becomes a changeling. This means that every creature you cast will generate two tokens. For you deck, this is just a better Parallel Lives!
Additionally, you seem to have missed (or purposfully no included?) some rather powerful cats and dogs:
- Black Market Tycoon : Not the best ramp card, but it's ramp that is on theme!
- Oreskos Explorer : This dude gets better the more expensive your mana base is as he does fetch every Plain card not just basics.
- Qasali Pridemage : Suprised to see that one missing.
- Brimaz, King of Oreskos : It's just a good card for 3 mana, honestly.
- Feline Sovereign : Lord, you can never have enough of those
- Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist : Don't forget our favorite cursed cat. Her effect is actually really strong
- Prava of the Steel Legion : Lord
- Skyhunter Strike Force : Lord
- Alms Collector : On theme draw effect that can absolutely wreck your opponent if you flash it into a wheel effect. The secret lair artwork is also the most adorable cat you will ever own.
- Leonin Warleader : Stronk
- Qasali Slingers : Very good artifact and enchantment hate. Basically an on theme Aura Shards
- Loyal Warhound : On theme ramp.
Just a few for you to consider. I have a list of all good (in my opinion) cats and dogs in my Rin & Seri list: Rin and Seri
Now, let's be real: Its not the best tribal. So I wouldn't force cat and dogs as hard as you do and also supplement with normal creatures like Mondrak, Glory Dominus or Bloom Tender .
You also do not seem to have a lot of draw options in your deck. Depending on the pod you are playing in, board wipes might be present and can absolutely wreck your game plan. Draw effects help you recover from this. Sadly, Naya is not the best color combination for drawing cards and most of the good draw effects are really expensive. You can see some suggestions for draw effects in my deck list: Rin and Seri
I would highly recommend proxying if your pod allows it. Be careful with draw effect like Camaraderie or Shamanic Revelation. They look good on paper in a token theme but they are "win more" cards in my opinion. If your board got wiped and you draw into those cards, they will not do a thing to help you recover. A wheel effect like Wheel of Misfortune however, will draw you 7 fresh cards to start again.
Lastly, I would recommend getting some tutors in there. Eladamri's Call, Green Sun's Zenith, Natural Order and the like. The best card in your deck by far is Jetmir, Nexus of Revels. He is basically your secret commander. If you can resolve him with 9 creatures on the board, you can devastate your opponents out of the blue. All the more important to be able to find him if you need him.
That's all for now. Have fun!
