Will Patron of the Nezumi and Burning Vengeance work like this?

If I have a Burning Vengeance, as well as a Sheoldred, Whispering One, would Vengeance trigger when Sheoldred returns a creature to the battlefield?
Also, if I have a Patron of the Nezumi and an Extractor Demon in play, would my opponent lose 1 life if a permanent is put into the graveyard from the Demon's ability? Or is a card only considered a permanent once it's on the field? The Patron doesn't specify where the permanent has to enter the graveyard from.

For your first situation, Burning Vengeance would not trigger because you are not casting a spell out of your graveyard. The creature is simply moved from your grave to the battlefield. Something is only a spell if it is on the stack.
For your second situation, Patron of the Nezumi would not trigger for the reason that you stated. An object is only a permanent if it is on the battlefield. Otherwise, it is a permanent card.
