Does Gandalf the White cause an Artifact creature with Skull Clamp equipped to it result in 4 cards being drawn when equipped creature dies

If I have Gandalf the White on board. An Artifact creature wtih Skullclamp equipped to it and that creature dies, does Skullclamp trigger twice, resulting in 4 cards being drawn?

Yes, that's how it will work out. A "dies" trigger is a type of "leave the battlefield" trigger, so since an artifact leaving the battlefield caused Skullclamp to trigger in this example then Gandalf the White will cause it to trigger again.
