so im making a tri colored dino deck and ive already decided my commander but i wanted to see what others would pick between Gishath, Sun's Avatar and Zacama, Primal Calamity
Zacama + Sanctum of Eternity + turbo land ramp. Throw in a Shivan Gorge and you got a stew going, baby.
In reality, they're completely different decks. If you want ot play tribal dinos, Gishath is the way to go. But run a Maskwood Nexus so you can take advantage of Gishath's ability on the non-dino creeatures.

I've played against both quite a few times. They are both very strong decks. Zacama, Primal Calamity is way more powerful because of its control factor. It can still be Dino tribal like Gishath, Sun's Avatar would be and you can still run Gishath, Sun's Avatar I think hat deck if you want to go in that direction

Zacama, Primal Calamity because if your opponent plays any strong enchantment you can just obliterate it in an instant. Not only that it is basically free because when you play it, it untaps all lands. Also, any weak creature you can just destroy it. And you can gain life super-fast too. Just get a crap ton of plains and you have basically 100 life.
