Interaction between Savage Beating and Valduk

Valduk, Keeper of the Flame creates a set of 3/1 elementals each combat phase, so if you entwine Savage Beating will it's double strike effect apply to the second round of creatures Valduk creates?

No, the tokens created at the beginning of the additional combat phase won't have double strike.

If an effect changes the characteristics of things (here, Savage Beating gives creatures the "double strike" ability), the group of objects it affects is locked in at the time it resolves. In your example the second round of Elementals don't exist yet at the time Savage Beating resolves, so they won't be affected by it.
