Does Prismatic Omen make Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle count itself?

If I control 4 lands and have Prismatic Omen on the battlefield, and I play Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle, does it do 3 damage? Because Valakut does technically say "other mountains," but it's not usually a mountain.

The answer to your actual question is "no" because Valakut triggers whenever a mountain enters the battlefield and you control five other mountains. In this case a mountain (Valakut itself) is entering the battlefield, but you control only four other Mountains, so you don't get your trigger.

More generally, though, Valakut will count itself, since it is a mountain (thanks to Omen) and it is entering the battlefield. So if you control five lands and a Prismatic Omen and play a Valakut as your sixth land, you'll get your three damage.
