Boros don't have artifact recursion?

I'm building a Kellan, the Fae-Blooded and I need instants that cost 4 or less that return artifacts from the graveyard to the battlefield, hand or battlefield
I need any card that go in this restriction, thanks!
Edit: In this deck I need some instant wincon that I can search with Sunforger
I need some things (exactly 8) that help me to make my Sunforger better, like attach cost less, and any another help is help-able
Gerrard, Weatherlight Hero, Goblin Welder, Daretti, Scrap Savant, Wake the Past, Myr Retriever, and Goblin Engineer to name a few. But yeah, it seems like something that can be personally researched...

Here's a couple of searches from Scryfall for instants and sorceries, using the following search criteria:
- Type line instant or sorcery respectively
- Card text has "Return artifact"
- Commander color identity is White and Red
- Mana Value is lesser than or equal to 4
- Legal in Commander
Sorted by mana value from high to low.

Crow_Umbra thats only 3 cards: Scrollshift, Argivian Find and Second Sunrise the 3 are on the deck

I'd suggest trying out Scryfall's advanced search method Felipix. It's less clunky than The Gatherer search features.
That's all that popped up using the criteria from my last comment. If you try other, or more specific phrasing combinations, you might get more expanded results.

As far as instant finishers you can look up with Sunforger, Akroma's Will comes to mind first but it is dependent on having a good boardstate.
