Creatures that do Damage Over Time

Okay so, I'm building an alternate roster of creatures for my deck that cheats out high cost creatures. I want it to have creatures that do Damage over turns, or on spell casting, etc (like Ruric Thar, the Unbowed, Kaervek the Merciless, Magmatic Force). Any recommendations for similar indirect-damage creatures would be greatly appreciated!

Are there any specific colors, mana values, or creature types you want to emphasize? Off the top of my head, without looking anything up, there's Burning-Tree Shaman, Blood Seeker, Suture Priest, and Blood Artist.

Apologies for the double post, but I just thought of Mondronen Shaman Flip, which is a small Werewolf-y Kaervek the Merciless.

No specific colors or anything. It's for my The Prismatic Bridge Flip deck so all five colors are available. It's looking like a lot of the cards with these types of effects are low cost though so cheating out creatures might be overkill. I may have to consider other commanders if there aren't very many high CMC, hard hitters like Ruric Thar, the Unbowed...

After looking a bit deeper, there's Kambal, Consul of Allocation, Ob Nixilis, Unshackled, Fate Unraveler, and Harsh Mentor, which covers a pretty good mana value spread.

ImNora I have a deck that does this, very effectively: Atla with Tobasco Sauce.
Magmatic Force is great if you don't care about pips (since you are either cheatyfacing or polymorphing)
Brainstealer Dragon if you don't need it to be damage specifically.

Came here to say Harsh Mentor. Also- if you’ve got room for some artifacts or enchantments: Copper Tablet, Razor Pendulum, and Enslave.

OMG thank you all so much for the help. I'm throwing together a deck for this since it seems totally doable. I thought there weren't going to be enough cards like this to make a full deck but now I can't manage to get it REDUCED to 100 cards lol.

Nice looking deck! As a couple of points to keep in mind, life loss isn't the same as damage, so Fiery Emancipation and friends won't affect, say, Kambal. Second, the description mentions that tapping lands for mana will trigger cards like Harsh Mentor. Harsh Mentor, and most cards like it, specifically don't trigger off mana abilities (abilities that generate mana).

I forgot to mention Carnage Gladiator as another tax effect for blocking. Same for Citadel of Pain with untapped lands. Check out my Torture deck for any other weird non-bos if you get bored ;p
