There's plenty of ways to go infinite with Training Grounds, or you can use it for Level Up creatures as WotC clearly intended, but let's try turbocharging some Rebels instead.

Amrou Scout , Defiant Falcon, Ramosian Lieutenant , and especially Ramosian Sergeant . The backbone of the deck; rebels that can tap and spend mana to find more rebels and put them directly on the battlefield. This is nuts. Play creatures right out of my deck, at instant speed? Don't mind if I do!

Of course, these abilities are normally more expensive than casting the creatures normally, but Training Grounds puts them solidly in bonkers territory.

So besides Rebels that get more Rebels, what are we getting with our Rebels that get Rebels?

Well we can get any Rebel we want as long as it fits in the mana cost restriction so there's no reason not to run a ton of singletons that wreck specific plans.

Amrou Seekers , Dunerider Outlaw , Lawbringer, Lightbringer, Nightwind Glider , and Thermal Glider give us access to some color hate for everything not blue or white.

Errant Doomsayers , Children of Korlis, Saltfield Recluse , Samite Censer-Bearer , and Shield Dancer form a suite of defensive abilities. Notably, Children of Korlis and Shield Dancer are brutal at instant speed.

Big Game Hunter, Bound in Silence , and Zealot il-Vec let us find some actual removal if needed.

Aven Riftwatcher and Outrider en-Kor fight better than most of our other creatures, and sometimes you just need to gain some life or redirect some damage. The Outrider en-Kor also works nicely with the Protection creatures and the Shield Dancer .

Sadly not every card in the deck can be a Rebel.

Brainstorm is awesome in a deck that shuffles all the time. Doubly so in a toolbox deck that's happy to shuffle away Specialists that aren't currently relevant.

Some problems can only be solved with an Oblivion Ring, and as long as we're leaving mana open for use with Recruiters we might as well have the option to Rewind too.

Finally, the closer. Sanctified Charge !
