This deck is based around the XP mechanic, as well as the level up mechanic. It uses proliferate to generate vast amounts of mana, before pouring it into level up cards, it runs plenty of enchantment creatures with power 2 or less, as well as sac outlets, so as to trigger XP as much as possible. The deck usually wins by generating an insurmountable value advantage with, and then slowly swinging whenever a chance arises. It is very much a game of attrition. If you have any suggestions without majorly increasing the budget, that would be much appreciated.
