Started to build this Deck for fun. Still trying to optimize so please give feedback :)

Main Theme is obviously -1/-1 Tokens. Main Combo: Obelisk Spider with Hapatra, Vizier of Poison and Soul Snuffers/Black Suns Zenith

Just put as many -1/-1 Counters on enemy creatures, Fume Spitter, Oonas Gatewarden, Necropede and Plague Myr help early on and fit perfectly in the gameplay. Win the game by Damage or Poison counters.
