Noble : Melek, Izzet Paragon
It's an Izzet spells deck, that use a lot of small spells and cards that trigger or interract with them.
Brainstorm and Scry mechanic (Omenspeaker and Magma Jet) are there to always have the right answer or to search the right land or card needed for the next turn. When Melek, Izzet Paragon is out, Brainstorm can let us put back a spell on the top of our library, so it's revealed and you can play and copy it. That way, if you have a Lightning Bolt in your hand, you can put in back on top of your library and cast it for 6 damages, instead of 3. Scry works also very good with Melek, Izzet Paragon. You already know what's on top of your library, so you can choose when you need to scry to put the card at the botom of your library.
Goblin Electromancer : Pay less to cast your spells. Half of the spells doesn't need it, but it helps with Act of Treason, Fire/Ice and Magma Jet. Also, you don't want to put all your Goblin electromancer(RTR) in play, only 1 at a time.
Guttersnipe : 2 damage the opponent everytime you cast a spell
Kiln Fiend : More attack for each spell casted this turn
Thermo-Alchemist : 1 damage everytime you cast a spell
Wee Dragonauts : More attack for each spell casted this turn
Lightning Bolt : 3 damages for 1 mana.. what else to say (6 with Melek, Izzet Paragon)
Magma Jet : 2 damages and scry 2. Perfect to plan your next turns or to look for what you need (lands/creatures/specific spells). Melek, Izzet Paragon make this card SO good : 4 damages, scry 2 two times!
Act of Treason : Not really a damage spell, but if your opponent get a big creature, you can use it. Also, with Melek, Izzet Paragon out, you get 2 of their creatures.
Fire/Ice : Fire make 2 damages. You can play that part alone OR with Ice to Tap something and draw an additionnal card. Very usefull with Goblin Electromancer, that make it only 2 mana to play the two cards together. Also, double everything with Melek, Izzet Paragon out, which make it increadibly powerfull (4 damages, tap 2 cards and draw 2 cards, for 4 OR 2 mana!). You also can use Ice alone, to tap a creature or opponent land or anything. The card is very versatile and usable in many situation. Even if there's nothing to do on board, you can draw a card and just thin your deck to get cards you need.
Mizzium Skin : Protect your creatures, mostly Melek, Izzet Paragon, cause there's no cards to take it back from graveyard.
Mana Leak : Cheap counter spell
Vapor Snag : one of the best bounce in the format
Omenspeaker : For the scry 2 and a body on the board to be able to block with
I'm not sure what uncommon cards I should use. For now I got 2 Guttersnipe and 2 Fire/Ice. I'm thinking maybe I should use Isochron Scepter, but it's a little more expensive. Also, I should propably use more counter spell. Unsure what to do with that.
